La noirie is located in the heart of a forest (coniferous) of 160 acres itself included in a massive 1,500 hectares and 20 km. south-west of le mans (15 km from the circuit of 24 hours).
the mansion consists of a main central building constructed between 1820 and 1824 and a tower, where there are 5 guest rooms (13 beds ?).
